BIBLE REFLECTION

Samson’s mother received God’s promise before she saw the fulfillment.

Even before Samson was born, God revealed His calling over his life to his mother (Book of Judges). She had to trust God while raising a child with a great purpose and many challenges.

 

Like Samson’s mother, you may be carrying concern, heartbreak, or uncertainty for your child today—but God sees what you cannot see.

PRAYER

 

Heavenly Father,

 

Today I surrender my child into Your hands.

You know their struggles, their pain, their choices, and their future.

Where I feel powerless, remind me that You are still powerful.

 

Lord, just as You revealed Samson’s calling to his mother before his journey unfolded, help me trust that You have a purpose for my child’s life—even when I cannot see it clearly.

 

Teach me how to pray instead of panic.

Teach me how to trust instead of control.

Teach me how to speak life over my child instead of fear.

 

I ask for:

• Protection over their mind and heart

• Deliverance from harmful influences

• Healing from emotional wounds

• Godly friendships and wise mentors

• Restoration of their faith and purpose

 

Give me Your perspective concerning my child.

Replace my anxiety with peace.

Replace my exhaustion with strength.

Replace my tears with hope.

 

Help me partner with You through prayer, fasting, faith, and patience.

 

I declare that my child belongs to You, and Your plans for them will not be destroyed.
